These spools are 8″ Diameter x 3″ wide, will fit almost all welders. MUST get .045 tip to run it and these are available at Oxarc or any local supplier for around .65 – 1.25 ea. SOME welders require a .045 feeder wheel, just try it first and find out. SOME welders could require a bigger liner. I have sold dozens of rolls with no complaints so far! All this .045 wire we have is Flux Core, so you won’t need Gas for any of these .045 spools for 95% of applications. SOME applications should use supplemental gas for best performance, every application is very different. Many professional welders have given me different ideas about what the wire can do.

.045 works in Orbital Systems for ANY POSITION welding such as running around pipe, and is designed for rotating welders to line shackles or do any circular welding prior to line boring. It’s great for outdoor applications except in high winds!
