Full Sheet 100 Hexagonal Bumpers to go with your new Youngdale Hinge installation projects or to complement any other style of Cabinet Hinge in all the Dark Colors. These will ship on a wax paper sheet in Hexagon shape stacked tightly together. They are approximately 5/16″. Don’t be deceived by the Size! These have been the standard for 50 years. The round ones “look bigger” but they have the same surface area. We cannot source any other Foam Bumpers, we have spend considerable time trying. The only other option is the junky plastic ones, which have a different set of issues!
Only handle these with CLEAN HANDS and do not touch the adhesive side when applying. Best to grab the edge of a pad with TWEEZERS and then place right where you need it. Press firmly in place once position is perfect. This is not a job where you should hurry or or be careless. You should CLEAN the old residues from existing bumper spots, then place the new ones right over where the old bumpers used to be. Nothing is worse than having new bumpers fall off, so do it right the first time. Plastic label scraper is best to remove old Bumper material. Use plain rubbing alcohol or Label Remover to de-gunk the spots for new one to stick to! If the old ones fell off, there is a reason.
AVOID cleaners like acetone or fingernail polish remover on your cabinets!
